Mr. J. Howard Mattaldi Jr. founded the Care Outreach Initiative LIB Inc. in 2014 during the Ebola outbreak in Liberia. The organization focuses on making the maximum positive effort for our less fortunate and vulnerable women and children in the community. They are registered in Liberia, West Africa, and is located in Gbarnga, Bong County.
Members and volunteers provide the momentum that keeps us working toward change, but your donations make it all possible.
Since 2014, his “NGO” has contributed to over 500 less fortunate and vulnerable women and children in 15 different communities. He is a motivational speaker, a leader, an educator, and a HE4SHE campaigner. Care Outreach Initiative has 121 scholarships that an international NGO/FOHRD Advocacy sponsors. Care Outreach Initiative promotes Human rights and Development programs that include gender equity, women’s rights, and boys’ and girls’ empowerment programs. Child’s rights and development programs address children’s issues, such as child labor, child sexual abuse and exploitation, commercial sex, domestic violence of all forms, sexual harassment, and education.
We have partnered with Liberia Literary Society’s sponsored program, No Child Left Behind primary education initiative to educate children without access to quality education. This is a great partnership; 25 children in the community will benefit.
Please support the Work. 100% of ALL donations go into workbook publishing & printing, teacher salaries and training, school supplies, & shipping to Liberia.
